With over 30 years’ experience in the software development industry, Russell has extensive experience in delivering complex digital solutions across distributed teams and multi-stack technologies. Outside of his strategic duties as a BBD director, his current active roles include account executive, project lead, architect, system analyst, project fire-fighter and mentor. Russell helps guide BBD’s technological direction in terms of which languages, frameworks and architectures to pursue and adopt ensuring that the company has the requisite training and knowledge to support our clients both in the now and the future. His extensive knowledge, solution-thinking and technical skills add value to every project he engages on.
