Prior to this, Rory worked at Google for a decade, gaining extensive experience as a senior business development leader, having lived and worked in London, Singapore and San Francisco. 

Towards the end of his Google journey he became obsessed with a global shift towards flat-fee financial advisory models, where clients pay a transparent monthly fee for advice instead of being sold products. He launched Doshguide in 2021, providing an alternative to the traditional commission-focused approach.”
