Pichard Pandeni Aderam is a Senior Strategic Investment Analyst at the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN), where he originates investment opportunities, oversees equity portfolio performance, and provides technical expertise structuring complex debt and equity transactions across mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Combining expertise in mining engineering, economics, investment banking, and development finance, Pichard brings a multidisciplinary perspective to resource-led development and investment. Prior to joining DBN, he spent several years with Standard Bank Namibia’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, specialising in credit risk, project finance, mining, energy, and infrastructure transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours), and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance, focused on advancing investments that support economic diversification, energy transition, and sustainable mining growth across Africa.
