Oluwakemi Olajide is a pan-African impact investor and systems builder shaping the intersection of climate, gender, and finance to drive inclusive, sustainable growth across Africa. As Principal at Africa Climate Ventures (ACV), she leads fundraising, investment strategy, and portfolio value creation – deploying catalytic capital into ventures advancing Africa’s green transition across agriculture, energy, industrialisation, alternative proteins, and e-mobility.

Previously, she led investments for the uMunthu Funds at Alitheia Capital, backing inclusive, tech-enabled enterprises that deliver essential goods and services to underserved communities, while embedding gender diversity as a lever for performance. With over a decade of experience in private equity, venture capital, and banking, she has deployed nearly $100 million in catalytic capital and served on multiple boards across logistics, agriculture, fintech, and energy.
