
Olu (Segun) is a highly accomplished UK trained investment banker with over two decades of experience. He has actively participated in several lucrative business transactions across Africa. Throughout his career, Olu has worked for leading banking institutions, including Deutsche Bank in London, Credit Suisse in Zurich, ABN AMRO in London and Amsterdam, JP Morgan in London, and Citibank. During this time, he developed and implemented complex, high-value contract strategies, set smart objectives, and led transformational change management initiatives.
In an era of disruptive innovation, Olu has transitioned from banking to become a passionate expert in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). He is now steering Noblesse Green towards becoming a dominant regional leader in environmental sustainability, focusing on generating carbon credits and helping countries and businesses across sub-Saharan Africa maintain a first-mover advantage.
Olu is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School (JBS), having completed the Executive Management Programme in ESG Leadership Skills for Green Transition to Sustainable Business.. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business Management from Bournemouth University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sunderland (UOS). Additionally, Olu is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting (FIC) in the UK and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).
