With more than 20 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and crisis management, she has built a reputation for guiding boards and C-suite executives through complex reputational challenges with integrity and clarity. Named one of DRUM Magazine’s Top 50 Influential Women in 2024, Moliehi leads with a deeply African perspective on leadership, resilience, and purposeful impact. Since taking the helm at Magna Carta in 2017, she has helped grow the agency into a continental powerhouse operating across 18 African markets, earning industry recognition including the PRISM Awards 2025 Grand Prix, PRISM Awards Mid-Size Agency of the Year (2022 & 2025), and Ad Focus Agency of the Year (2024). Beyond her executive leadership role, Moliehi is passionate about empowering people and building transformative leadership across Africa. She serves as a non-executive director of BHM UK, is an independent trustee for the Northam Booysendal Community Trust, and sits on the board of Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa.
