Luca joined Ecommerce Counsel through its internship programme and moved quickly into a Key Account Manager and Operations Support role, where he manages day-to-day platform operations for some of the agency’s largest clients. He works hands-on across Amazon and Takealot — managing workflows, vendor relationships, compliance, and campaign execution at enterprise scale.
