I am an e-commerce and digital commerce professional with  years of experience in the retail and e-commerce industry. I began my e-commerce career with Bathu, where I gained extensive experience in online retail, customer experience, digital operations, and the development of e-commerce platforms. I currently work with Timberland South Africa, where I am involved in managing and growing the e-commerce business, with a focus on digital transformation, online sales, customer experience, e-commerce operations, and new digital initiatives.
