Post 15 years of banking, (both retail, business/commercial) and Post Graduate studies, Joseph left the harsh banking industry to marry the softer Development fold into his work ethos.  Stints on donor funded projects ( World Bank and USAID) aimed at Capacity Building, Grant making and building business linkages followed. This served as a cross over to becoming a self-employed Management Consultant specialising in Economic Development, Private Sector Development, Enterprise, and Supplier Development. Given the peaks and valleys Joseph also pursued an entrepreneurial journey and have amongst other owned a fuel Retail franchise, a transport and manufacturing business and been active in a in the agricultural and Agri business space. At the initiation of the EPR framework in 2021, Joseph started a PRO with one other and took the business from start up to plus 100 Producer members with a sustainable cash flow as Chief Operating Officer. Joseph is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at another PRO charged with directed with visioning EPR V2.0.
