Founder

Godiragetse “Godi” Mogajane is a South African entrepreneur and founder of Delivery Ka Speed, a logistics company redefining township delivery and youth-driven innovation in South Africa.

Delivery Ka Speed was founded as a bold response to two pressing challenges: youth unemployment and the lack of reliable delivery services in South African townships. The idea was born in Hammanskraal, where Godi saw firsthand how difficult it was for residents including his own grandmother to access convenient food delivery. What began in 2021 as a small WhatsApp-based food delivery service, powered by a few bicycle riders and a promise of fast, township-first service, soon evolved into something far greater.

Within months, the business fulfilled over 6,500 orders, its first milestone: R1 Million in 6 months. In 2024, the business expanded across more than 20 townships in Gauteng, North West, and Limpopo. Spotting a critical gap in the township economy, the company quickly moved beyond food delivery to enable same-day and next-day parcel deliveries for major retailers and institutions, opening itself up to the world of courier and logistics.

Today, Delivery Ka Speed operates five warehouses across four provinces, supported by a fleet of more than 150 drivers delivering daily across South African townships. Built on a mission to create access and employment, the company continues to empower local youth through meaningful participation in the logistics ecosystem, transforming delivery from a service into a movement for economic inclusion.

For Godiragetse Mogajane, what started as a simple idea in Hammanskraal has become one of South Africa’s fastest-scaling township logistics platforms, proving that when purpose meets innovation, transformation is inevitable.
