Her educational journey includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1994. Over the years, Celeste has held key positions at renowned institutions such as Citibank, SwissRe, ABB, and Credit Suisse, where she played pivotal roles in international finance and engineering.
