Anda Ngcaba is Co-Director of the UCT Financial Innovation Hub (www.finhub.org.za) at the University of Cape Town, overseeing Innovation, and Non-Executive Director of The Cortex Accelerator Hub (www.thecortexhub.africa), based in East London, Eastern Cape. He works at the intersection of financial technology, enterprise development, and digital innovation — supporting emerging businesses and driving inclusive economic participation through technology-enabled programmes. Anda brings a practitioner’s perspective to the evolving payments and fintech landscape in South Africa.
