Overview

Company: City Connect Limited (CCL)

City Connect Limited (CCL) plans to develop a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to manage the Sustainable Solar Energy Project (SSEP) in Tanzania under a multi-funded PPP model. The SPV will strengthen operational and management capacities, supported by equity building and financial modelling of assets and liabilities. As project lead, I facilitate access to equity financing and collaborations for feasibility upgrades, CAPEX, and fundable financial structures. Coordination with SPV developer partners will oversee the EPC contract, engaging a single contractor to design, supply, and construct the solar power plant.
