Why Investing

1
Strategic Scale and Infrastructure Integration
The project is not just a farm, but a massive 3,000-hectare industrial ecosystem specifically designed to bridge the gap between production and the market. Key Asset: It includes a 300-hectare industrial core and a French-style Rungis wholesale agrifood market, the first of its kind in the region. Logistics: It is strategically linked to the newly completed 65km Moniya–Ijaiye–Iseyin Road, providing a direct corridor to Ibadan and Nigeria’s largest consumer market, Lagos.
2
Proven De-risked Model (The "Fasola" Success)
The AIH is the third hub in Oyo State’s proven "Hub-and-Spoke" strategy. The model has already been successfully de-risked by the Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub, which: Attracted over ₦11 billion in private investment within its first few years. Hosted 12 operational agribusinesses and created a thriving local economy. The Ijaiye project leverages the same institutional framework (OYSADA) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structure that has already demonstrated high investor confidence.
3
Tier-1 Institutional Backing and Policy Stability
Investment in Ijaiye AIH is secured by a rare alignment of local, national, and international stakeholders: Financial Backing: Part of the $350 million Phase 1 SAPZ Nigeria Project, supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Technical Excellence: Partnered with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) to ensure climate-resilient production and global-standard research. Government Commitment: It is a cornerstone of the Oyo State Roadmap for Sustainable Development (2023–2027), ensuring policy continuity and administrative support for land titles and licensing.
