C STAR is redefining sustainable diesel production. Even in a Net Zero world, we’ll need over 15 million barrels of liquid fuels daily – but only 4 million can come from fossil sources. Accounting for existing non-fossil production, that leaves a 9-million-barrel-per-day gap, with 35% of demand for diesel powering long-haul transport, remote industries such as mining, and agriculture.

Current diesel production relies on massive fossil-based plants. C STAR changes that. Our breakthrough technology converts CO₂ and green hydrogen into drop-in diesel using decentralised, small-scale units. We’ve solved the toughest challenges in catalyst and process design, enabling simplified plants with ultra-low CAPEX and OPEX.

We’ve proven it in the lab – producing 300 mL/day – and are now scaling by 10x with a containerised demo plant, the first of its kind. Next: commercial units delivering 1–10 barrels/day per unit, tailored for the agriculture and mining sectors.
