Overview

Adinkra Frontiers Limited is a Ghanaian integrated poultry and circular-agriculture company developing a more resilient domestic poultry value chain. Our model connects organic waste recovery, Black Soldier Fly, other locally sourced feed ingredients, maize and soybean out-growers, poultry production, processed manure and compost, and market distribution.
The company operates an established poultry business with 35,000 birds under management and partnerships with three major retail chains in Ghana. In 2023, Adinkra recorded revenue of US$356,030 and net profit of US$51,243. The company has also secured GHS3.2 million toward alternative-protein feed-factory development. Approximately 2,000 maize and soybean farmers are enrolled in the out-grower network, while the pitch deck reports more than 3,600 smallholder farmers supported through the wider business.
Adinkra is developing Circular Feed AI as a mobile-first intelligence layer for this physical value chain. The proposed platform will combine farmer, farm, production, soil, weather and agro-ecological data to support localised farm advisory, crop-yield forecasting and the planning of waste, feed, grain and manure flows. It is designed for low-connectivity settings and assisted farmer registration. Adinkra currently generates revenue from processed poultry, table eggs, day-old chicks, formulated feed and franchise fees; software revenue has not yet been claimed.

Why Investing

1
Integrated Circular Value Chain
Adinkra connects waste recovery, alternative feed production, smallholder grain sourcing, poultry production and nutrient recycling within one operating system, creating value across the full agricultural cycle.
2
Digital Intelligence Built Around Real Operations
Circular Feed AI is being developed to coordinate farmer data, localized advisory, forecasting and resource flows, designed for low-connectivity environments and assisted use by farmers and field agents.
3
Proven Operating Base for Scale
Unlike an idea-stage venture, Adinkra already manages 14,500 birds, has three major retail partnerships, operational Black Soldier Fly modules and an established farmer network, providing a real-world platform to validate and scale the digital layer.
