Dominic Wilhelm, Executive Director of The Global Trust Project, will lead a thought-provoking and informative workshop titled “Trust: The Accelerator of Smart Mobility in Africa.” Dominic is a global expert in trust-building, and has extensive experience in creating high-impact strategies across various sectors, drawing on his extensive experience advising leaders and governments worldwide.
With trust identified as a critical factor for the success of smart mobility initiatives in Africa, Dominic’s session will provide participants with practical tools and strategies to diagnose, build, and track trust within their organisations. Through interactive exercises and real-world case studies, attendees of the session will learn how to enhance collaboration, boost performance, and foster innovation in the rapidly evolving mobility sector, with trust at the foundation.

Introduction to EV Fleet Driver Training
Alex Munene – Fleet Mobility Expert, Advanced Mobility Centre
Alex Munene, Fleet Mobility Expert at the Advanced Mobility Centre in Kenya, is a renowned expert in e-mobility technology and policy across the continent. With nearly two decades of experience in fleet management and advanced driver training, he is the pioneer of Kenya’s first EV driver training programs, and regularly collaborates with leading e-Mobility organizations including BasiGo and Roam Electric. He is also a part-time administrator at Strathmore Business School, Nairobi.
He will conduct a workshop titled “Introduction to EV Fleet Driver Training”, which will delve into understanding how to onboard and manage both vehicles and users of an EV fleet through its life cycle, and how to utilise electric mobility to create a sustainability-centric culture among the vehicle crew or users of an EV fleet.

Electric Vehicle Technology: Hands-On Workshop
Taurayi Raymond Sewera – CEO/Founder, Tauray Automotive
Taurayi Raymond Sewera is the CEO/Founder of Tauray Automotive, and a world class electric vehicle technician. With over 17 years’ experience in the automotive industry and five ASE Master certifications, Taurayi is an advanced specialist in the automotive field, and leads a skilled team of technicians.
He will host a practical hands-on electric vehicle technology workshop, in which he will conduct a full EV tear-down and take a deep dive into EV components, architecture, and battery chemistry. This session will be invaluable for anyone with an interest in understanding EV technology – both technical and non-technical professionals alike.
