Mahali Ntlokholo Rankone is a Principal Gender Officer at the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development Lesotho, specializing in economic empowerment mainly by advocating for policy change and equal participation in all economic developments. With over twenty years of experience in gender advocacy and awareness creation, she has contributed to ensuring that gender is mainstreamed in several endeavours in government and non-government. Mahali Ntlokholo Rankone is passionate about gender equality, ensuring that regardless of life circumstances everyone enjoys the same opportunities, and has worked with Development Partners, Government Ministries and the Local Government to Gender Equality and Social Inclusion.
