Heather is a Managing Director and Global Head of Nature & Biodiversity Finance at Bankers without Boundaries (BwB). At BwB, Heather develops innovative financing structures for high-impact, nature-focused projects, including those centred on nature-based solutions, focusing primarily on the Global South but also with experience in Europe-based initiatives. She also has extensive SLB, green and thematic bond market development experience, both at the market level and with individual issuers, in addition to expertise in innovative fund structures for nature and climate adaptation themes. She has extensive expertise in policy and regulatory change, gained through senior public and private sector roles with organisations such as the International Finance Corporation, the Canadian International Development Agency, Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Barclays, and Royal Bank of Canada. Heather holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA (Hons) from the University of Waterloo.
