This project focuses on improving the lives of vulnerable women in Sierra Leone by providing access to clean cooking technologies through the Smart Green Stove and Smart Green Briquettes.

The Smart Green Stove is an affordable, energy-efficient stove that reduces indoor air pollution and deforestation by utilizing eco-friendly briquettes made from agricultural waste. These briquettes offer a sustainable alternative to traditional charcoal and firewood, cutting down on carbon emissions and saving families money. By empowering women with these cleaner cooking solutions, the project aims to promote healthier living conditions, reduce the burden of fuel collection, and create opportunities for economic development through training and employment in briquette production. This initiative aligns with global efforts to combat climate change, reduce environmental degradation, and improve energy access in underserved communities.
