Overview

Established since 1986, the Promoter is a civil engineering and specialist construction group whose central business activities revolve around energy, infrastructure and specifically waste management since 2006. The Project consists of the setting up of 2 integrated waste and processing plants in Mauritius. The Promoter has signed a 27-year concession agreement (2 years construction and 25 years operations) with the Government of Mauritius which guarantees substantial income as from the first year of operation. The project costs turn around USD85m and there is a need of USD15-20m of debt/equity to complete the funding.
