The Fund targets businesses advancing climate mitigation, adaptation, resilience and low-carbon growth through equity, quasi-equity and structured debt investments.
A complementary US$5 million Technical Assistance Facility supports pipeline development, investment readiness and access to carbon markets. ShEquity’s approach combines commercial returns, measurable gender and climate impact, and potential supplementary revenues from Paris Agreement Article 6.2 carbon-market opportunities.
