Overview

The project aims to produce biofuel (biodiesel and biomethane) from agricultural residues, particularly rubber seeds. It aligns with Côte d’Ivoire’s sustainable development goals and aims to reduce greenhousegas emissions while generating additional income for farmers. Feasibility studies identified rubber seeds as the primary raw material, with tests confirming the technical feasibility. A pilot project, involving severalpartners, was conducted to validate production parameters.
