ScopingThe Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Project (GAHP) is a large-scale commercial farming initiative in Rwanda aimed at transforming agricultural productivity through modern irrigation and infrastructure development. The project spans approximately 16,000 hectares, with Phase I covering 5,543 hectares. It integrates advanced drip irrigation, mechanized farming, and agro-processing to boost food security, enhance value chains, and create employment opportunities. GAHP is structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), led by the Government of Rwanda (GoR) and Netafim, a global leader in irrigation solutions.
