Overview

Food production and processing complex is a start-up company dealing with the production of horticultural crops, including tomatoes, sweet pepper, green vegetables and processing of grapes through drying using a solar drier (walk-in tunnel solar drier). We are applying climate-smart technology, such as rainwater harvesting in grape growing by ridge making. Livestock keeping adds to the soil amendments as we use manure to add to the soil for fertility maintenance. We are now producing 30 tons of dried grapes, which we sell within our country and Eastern Africa. We are eager to export our seeded dried grapes (raisins), black with high content of Iron and antioxidants, around the world. We require funds for packaging and Marketing.
