Mr. Uwe Naeher has more than 30 years of experience as project manager, team leader and senior expert in mineral exploration and development projects in Africa, Australia, North America and Europe. He worked as a geological and geophysical exploration consultant for mining companies like Uran gesellschaft, DeBeers, Billiton and Rio Tinto between 1992 and 2001. From 2001 until 2009 he worked for Southerner Diamonds in Canada, DRC, Gabon, South Africa and Botswana. From 2009 to 2021 Mr. Naeher was the Country Director in the DRC and responsible of the Conflict Mineral (Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum and Gold) Certification project in the DRC and the ICGLR with the German Geological Survey (BGR). Between 2021 and 2023 Mr. Naeher acted as senior advisor for Sud South SARLin Kolwezi, Strategy-X Element Corp (Vancouver), Oceana Lithium Ltd, RTEK Lithium Ltd and Atlantis Lithium Ltd. In 2024 he completed a contract assisting with the EU Strategic Partnerships on Sustainable Raw Materials Value Chains. Mr. Naeher is a member with the Professional Association of Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists (NAPEG) in Canada.
