Jessica Nyachiro is a seasoned banker with over 16 years of experience in financial services. She is currently the Managing Director of CRDB Bank DR Congo S.A. and has held key positions within the CRDB Bank Group, including Head of Strategy and Director of Retail Banking. She played a pivotal role in the bank’s regional expansion and digital transformation. Passionate about women’s leadership, she led the SHE Initiative. Jessica holds a master’s degree in international business and has multiple certifications in Leadership and Corporate strategy.
