La Grace Global is a South African biotech venture transforming agricultural watermelon waste into high-value skincare and nutrition products through a patented, zero-water fermentation process. Our innovation converts rinds and seeds into clinically active extracts rich in citrulline, quercetin, and natural antioxidants. These are formulated into premium serums and upcycled into food-grade byproducts, creating both economic and environmental impact. The process reduces CO₂ emissions by 5 t per ton of waste processed, supports local farmers and hotels in waste diversion, and empowers communities through nutritional programs. With PCT/IB2025/061059 filed globally, we aim to scale production, validate safety via Stellenbosch University and UVU Bio, and license the IP internationally to partners in cosmetics, food, and medical sectors.
