Overview

All Greens is a female-led, 100% Rwandan-owned agribusiness based in Kigali, incorporated in February 2025. We operate a greenhouse at Kinyinya producing vegetables year-round under controlled, drip-irrigated conditions, and two retail branches in Remera and Muyange that sell both our own greenhouse produce and produce sourced daily from a fixed network of vetted farmers and market suppliers. About 60% of turnover is B2B, delivered daily on invoice and credit terms to hotels, restaurants and bars; 40% is walk-in retail at our two branches. We control quality from seedling to shelf, invoice through EBM, and are working toward organic certification (RICA/RSB) by 2027. Our next phase turns a current cost center into a new product line: store produce that doesn’t sell in time, and trimmings and surplus from the greenhouse, currently represent lost value (about RWF 500,000/month in recorded damage). We’re building a waste-to-feed line that converts this store and greenhouse waste, plus B2B kitchen waste, into animal feed pellets a circular model that lowers our own costs while creating a new revenue stream. Three of our four C-suite members are women, and 9 of our 17 staff are women, most aged 18-35.
