Overview

The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) is Namibia’s national development finance institution mandated to drive sustainable economic growth and social development. DBN provides long-term financing, project preparation support, and advisory services for infrastructure, industry, SMEs, and climate-resilient investments that advance national priorities. The Bank promotes inclusive development, job creation, and environmental and social sustainability, while mobilising local and international capital, including climate finance, to support Namibia’s transition to a resilient, low-carbon economy.
