Robert Lerace appointed as Chief Financial Officer
Lerace is a seasoned finance specialist with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership within the resource exploration and production sector. Previously, Lerace had held key roles at several ASX-listed companies. Most recently, he served as CFO at Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd, where he was involved in the company’s growth, including its dual listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and inclusion in the S&P/ASX 300 Index.

His extensive background includes expertise in project finance, equity capital raising, corporate strategy, governance, tax planning, risk and treasury management, insurance, and mergers and acquisitions. Lerace has also held senior finance positions at Bullseye Mining Ltd, Amadeus Energy Ltd, Kimberley Diamond Company NL, and Rio Tinto Iron Ore.
He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. He also earned a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. Lerace succeeds the current CFO, Aaron Gates, who will remain with Toubani as Joint Company Secretary.
Bronwyn Campbell appointed as Executive General Manager – Sustainability
Campbell will lead the Company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) discipline, including responsibility for obtaining Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) approvals and other key permits. Bronwyn is a highly experienced sustainability and ESG executive with over 20 years’ experience working with government bodies at local, state, and federal levels, as well as with communities both in Australia and internationally.
Recently, she spent three years advancing De Grey Mining’s Hemi Gold Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara. Her work included gaining significant approvals, negotiating a major Native Title Mining Agreement, and forming a local government partnership leading to the grant of mining leases assisting in delivering the project’s successful sale to Northern Star Resources in May 2025.
Prior to that, Bronwyn held a leadership role at Rio Tinto, where she oversaw a large team of Community and Social Performance professionals. She was responsible for several multimillion-dollar partnerships and played a key role in driving community engagement across Rio Tinto’s iron ore mines, ports, and rail operations.
Earlier in her career, she spent seven years with World Vision Australia, focusing on energy projects in remote African communities and supporting the development of carbon market initiatives in collaboration with the World Bank and other international organisations.
Bronwyn brings significant expertise in sustainable development, ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and external affairs. She also has experience in energy and decarbonisation strategy. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) professional.
Kerry Griffin appointed as Executive General Manager – Project Development
Griffin is appointed as Executive General Manager – Project Development. In this role, Kerry will lead the Company’s technical services function and assume responsibility for Mineral Resources and exploration activities.
Kerry has over 30 years of international mining experience, having worked across Australasia, Africa, North, South and Central America, and Asia. He has held senior technical and leadership positions with various ASX- and TSX-listed mining companies, and has a proven track record in the discovery, development, and advancement of major mining projects.
Notably, Kerry played a key role in the discovery and development of the world-class Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project in Mongolia, where he served as Senior Development Geologist.
He brings deep expertise in mine development, project studies, resource estimation, exploration program design, and the management of multidisciplinary technical teams operating in diverse jurisdictions and across a wide range of commodities.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Geology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Society of Economic Geologists. He is also recognised as a Competent Person under the JORC Code and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 reporting standards.
