Molatelo Motau is Sustainability Projects Manager at HEINEKEN Beverages and a sustainability specialist with experience across corporate sustainability, climate change, circular economy and sustainable agriculture. He has led and supported sustainability initiatives across Africa, with a strong focus on shared value, environmental stewardship and inclusive development. His work at HEINEKEN includes water stewardship and initiatives aligned with the company’s Brew a Better World strategy. Molatelo is a published scholar and Queen Elizabeth Scholar, is pursuing a PhD at the University of Cape Town, and contributes to research, facilitation and community-focused work linked to climate, development and sustainability.
