Mmotlana Kgoadi is a Partner at Webber Wentzel specialising in project development and project finance transactions, with particular experience in infrastructure. She advises on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of commercial and operational agreements, including procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements and bespoke public-private partnership arrangements. Mmotlana has advised government departments, state-owned entities and private-sector clients on the application of environmental law to infrastructure projects and operational activities, including approvals and permitting. She holds an LLB and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and her expertise has been recognised by international legal research organisations including The Legal 500.
