Melusi Tshabalala is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mesama Energy, an African independent power producer and energy developer focused on delivering tailored energy solutions for industrial clients and utilities. His experience spans commercial, project and strategic management, with a background in power systems, smart-grid technologies and industrial energy solutions. Through Mesama Energy, he works across the technical, commercial and financial aspects of project development, with the company developing, building, owning and operating energy assets for corporate clients. Melusi also serves on the management committee of the South African Independent Power Producers Association, contributing to industry engagement around South Africa’s evolving electricity market.
