Dr Richard Stewart is Chief Executive Officer of Sibanye-Stillwater and has more than 25 years of experience in South Africa’s geological and mining industries. Since joining the Group in 2014, he has held senior positions including Executive Vice President: Business Development, Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Regional Officer: Southern Africa. He holds a PhD in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a registered Natural Scientist.
