I lead sustainability, governance and transformation agendas for organisations navigating complex regulatory, commercial and reputational terrain, most recently as Global Director of Sustainability at Virgin Group, where I built and ran the Group-wide sustainability frameworks across 35+ businesses, reporting to the Branson family office.

Over 20 years, I’ve held senior sustainability leadership roles across energy, FMCG and infrastructure; including £800M Contracts for Difference compliance with UK Government and Ofgem at Drax, multi-region governance across Asia-Pacific at John Swire & Sons, and custodianship of a R1BN statutory social investment portfolio at AB InBev/South African Breweries.

I was named one of Sustainability Magazine’s Top 250 Leaders in 2026, and I speak regularly on turning sustainability from a compliance function into a genuine commercial and cultural driver.
