Benoît Le Roy is a water sector specialist with approximately four decades of water engineering experience and is a co-founder of the South African Water Chamber NPC. The Chamber was established as a platform for the private water infrastructure sector to engage with government and support the implementation of South Africa’s water and sanitation priorities. He is also a founding director of Nexus Water Alchemy and Water Ledger South Africa, businesses focused on water innovation and digitalisation. His work centres on strengthening the water sector as an enabler of economic growth, supporting infrastructure development and encouraging greater collaboration between government, industry and technology providers.
