Agathe Tshimpanga is USAID DRG FSN Deputy Director, with 21 years of experience with area of expertise that spans across governance, public finance management, media, rule of law, public policy, elections, legislative support, human rights; cross-sectoral integration; Monitoring Learning and Evaluation (M&E) and HIV community prevention in conflict and post-conflict setting. She actively participated in the 2023 DRC Mining Week and manages USAID’s program that focuses on mining resource management.
