Transition Minerals International Limited is a company that was established in 2021 to provide mining and exploration services in Nigeria. A Country blessed with numerous mineral resources that are either inadequately managed or undiscovered. TMI Limited was established to conduct a full range of services from exploration to exportation.

TMI Limited works with seasoned specialists who have mastered the intricacies of Mineral Exploration using advanced analytical technology. It is currently operational in 5states including Jos, Kwara, Oyo, Nasarawa and Taraba.

Beyond its exploration and mining activities, TMI has made preparations to begin Lithium processing in Nigeria via the procurement and fabrication of an SC6 Lithium Extraction plant.
