With over 20 years of experience in the Turkish Ministry of Trade, Yusuf Bicer is currently working as the Commercial Counsellor at the Turkish Embassy in Kinshasa since 2019. His goal is to enhance economic affairs between the Republic of Turkiye and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which so far has been a success as the exchange volume has doubled within his years in office. He holds an MBA degree in International Business major from Hofstra University, New York and a Master of Research degree in Management from the University of Exeter, England. During his time serving the Ministry, he had previously worked in Customs Compliance, Import/Export Compliance and International Trade Regulations.
