Yolanda has previous leadership experience from Eskom, Energy Associations and being the MD of Project Development for Genesis Energy. She is the Chairperson: South African Institute of Electrical Engineer (Entrepreneurship & Innovation) and a global board member. She serves as an active member at the BRICS Energy and Green Economy Working Group and is currently serving as a Judge for Milken-Motsepe Green Tech Prize representing Africa and South Africa to accelerate energy generation off grid across Africa.
