Vusumuzi is a Qualified Mining Engineer with a BSc. Mining Engineering degree from the University of Witwatersrand and an MBA from GIBS Business School.
He is a seasoned development finance and investment professional in the mining and metals sector with demonstrable experience in structuring of debt, project finance, equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Extensive experienced in the mining industry having worked in the mining industry for many years prior to moving to development finance.
Primary focus is structuring debt and/or equity solutions for junior mining and metals companies to support industrial development and growth of the mining and metals sector in the African continent.
