For 35 years, he made a career at SNEL, the DRC’s national electricity company, where he held positions from the bottom to the top of the company: DGA (1994-1997), then DG (2004-2007).
Between 2010 and 2012, he was Chief of Staff to the Minister of Energy and 1st Chairman of the Inga 3 Steering Committee.
In 2012, he retired but remains active in the private sector:
• He is Chairman of the Board of Trade Power, a private Congolese company trading in imported electricity for mining companies in Katanga and developing new power plants. One of the Group’s strengths is

• Director at Kivu Power, which is developing the Lac Kivu methane gas power plant in Goma, North Kivu Province, DRC,
• Senior consultant in the DRC electricity sector,
• Former Chairman of the Board of Ecobank RDC (2016 – 2021)
