After his studies in Mathematics and Physics Thomas Will held various positions in process engineering and engineering management at L&C Steinmüller, BBP Energy (today MHPS), Alstom Power Energy Recovery (today ARVOS) and finally Steinmüller Engineering, where he has now been employed for some 13 years. In his current position as Chief Engineer he and his team coordinate process related engineering for all technical divisions and disciplines in the company. Furthermore, the development of in-house software tools and technical manuals and guidelines fall under Thomas’ responsibility.
