Mr. Roy Nyamutale Baguma is a seasoned Investment and Development Finance Professional with a total of 28 years of Development Finance Experience with both local and Regional Development Finance Institutions namely Development Finance Company of Uganda, Preferential Trade Area Bank (PTA Bank) now Trade and Development Bank (5 years in Senior Investment Management positions), East African Development Bank – 6 years in Senior Investment Management positions and Uganda Energy Credit Capitalisation Company (UECCC- 13 years in a Senior Management position serving as the Director, Transaction Execution) and currently serving the same company as Managing Director.
