Peter van Binsbergen is BMW Group South Africa’s first South African CEO. He studied at both UCT and Stellenbosch Universities and holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He started his career at BMW in South Africa in 1994 and has since worked for the BMW Group at the headquarters in Munich and in the Chinese, Japanese and German markets, having filled various Sales and Marketing roles in the company. He most recently led the BMW Group’s global After-Sales business before joining BMW Group South Africa as CEO.
