Patrick MWESIGE
Managing Director
Patrick Mwesige has experience in Utility Regulation, Performance Improvement Strategies, and the wider infrastructure asset management and financing – implementing reforms for improved service delivery. He is the Managing Director of Kanara Solutions, East Africa Operations. He consults vastly on energy projects in Eastern Africa for the World Bank. He was Project Manager for infrastructure and utility reform projects in Rwanda. Before this, As a Financial Director, he was a lead actor for key regulatory reforms in the Electricity Sector in Uganda. Patrick is a Certified PPP Specialist by IP3/Loughborough University; MBA from the Durham University Business School (UK); FCCA and B. Com from Makerere University.
