Olukayode Ramos is the Chairman and CEO of Mosra Energy, a leading developer of Nigeria’s mineral resources and a market leader in exploration, mining, energy transmission, and distribution in Nigeria. Mr. Ramos has gained over 35 years of active industry experience in the minerals and mining sector with demonstrable leadership in coal exploration, coal mining, and improving energy access for critical industries and economies. Mr. Ramos has been recognized for his company’s contribution to the current Nigerian government’s ‘Coal to Power Program’ positioned to generate 30 percent of the electricity needed in the country from responsible coal. He received his B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and his M.Sc., ACCA from the London School of Economics, London, UK. He holds professional degrees and certifications from the University of Miami, Florida; Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government, and most recently the Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
