Nyasha has more than 20 years of advisory experience in capital market transactions and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors including energy, transport, mining, financial services, social housing and agriculture. Her infrastructure development experience includes managing complex power projects in Sub-Sahara Africa and European markets where she specialises in feasibility studies, project structuring, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, project management and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with various public utilities across Africa as well as private investors and developers; bringing over 1 GW of power on line and having raised over US$2.5 billion for power projects in Africa.
