Advisory Board

Dr. Nalishebo Meebelo is the Africa Lead for USAID’s Comprehensive Action for Climate Change Initiative (CACCI), implemented by Abt Global.  CACCI supports target countries to meet their Paris Agreement commitments through implementation of their Nationally Determined Contributions and National Adaptation Plans. Over the last two decades, she has coordinated the implementation of several development initiatives focused on strengthening Africa’s food system at national, regional, and continental levels, collaborating with a wide range of key global partners and stakeholders. Dr. Meebelo has served on various steering committees, task forces, and advisory boards aimed at advancing sustainable socio-economic development.  She holds a PhD in Business Studies (with a focus on knowledge management within the sustainable development framework), a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University in Australia, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Public Administration from the University of Zambia and is a Certified Digital Data Analyst.
